I am hooked to pretzel pockets and Kettlecorn popcorn!

When I go to NC to visit my parents and sister, they always have these pretzel pockets at the house. It's pretzels filled with peanut butter. There is something about these little things that are so addicting! You can see from the picture we are enjoying them!

Then there's the Kettlecorn!! I have had kettlecorn popcorn before, but this stuff is the junk! I first heard about this particular brand from Gerald and Tammy . This popcorn is so good! It's almost borderline like caramel popcorn, and I think that is why I love it so much! You have to go get some!

My Man!

My man made the Fort Myers High School 2009 yearbook! He was preaching at an FCA event at the school. He hosts a FCA event  at McGregor once a month during the school year. We have really enjoyed getting to know the students and faculty at Fort Myers. ( I am in the background, with my head leaning on my hand wearing a pinkish colored shirt.)

Jesus Saves!

I was listening to the song (for praise team) "Jesus Saves" by Travis Cottrell and David Moffitt, and every time I listen to it, I am ready to go! The big "GO" . I am starting out my blogging journey with this, because as I was listening, it is just overwhelming to think about the people that Jesus has the power to save: the murderers, molesters, thieves, porn stars and addicts, the people you (even if you can't admit it right now) maybe subconsciously are racist towards, the people that always tick you off but you still have to deal with on a regular basis, rapists, liars, adulterers, and ........me. I hate the actions that I already mentioned, and don't even like typing some of them, but Jesus has the power to save even the people that have committed these horrible acts. I am no better than anyone else at the foot of the cross, and praise God He saved me. I hope I never lose sight of how STRONG His saving power is.

I am excited to see what kind of posts come out of this blog! I'm not even sure what to expect from myself, but I am having fun already! This first one was a little heavy even for me, but I decided that if I was gonna do this thing, I wasn't going to plan what to blog, or do a lot of backspacing, just journal on the spot what was going on with me!
